As a Marion native and a proud graduate of Pleasant High School, Grace Cobb’s real estate journey began at the tender age of 17, where she took her first steps as a transaction coordinator with The Agency Real Estate Group. Today, she continues to excel in this role and have expanded my expertise as a dedicated real estate agent on a team who is ranked #1 in Central Ohio.

 

With guidance from some of the finest mentors in the industry, she’s honed her skills to not just make sure her clients get to the closing table but to become as invested in the transaction as her clients are. Continuously educating herself through her membership on the Delaware and Marion Board of REALTORS® as well as consistently attending her brokerages workshops and sales meetings has allowed her to stay on top of the market for her clients.
